I get data but incoming calls sometimes don't go through or go through after 2-3 rings. The signal shows bars when I make outgoing calls but then disappears quickly thereafter. WebSite issue - probably most likely, especially if you're in an area (rural) where another site can't fill in. Still possible in a more urban area if there's a widespread fiber outage.
