WebYeah you can solo any raids up to legion even at level 50. I have an army of alts for farming raid mounts that are all level 50. You can solo old content up to legion raids. Legion raids seem to have some kind of a bug in scaling, so you'll need a small group to do them, but likely not a full raid.
