WebOct 15, 2014 · the relay is up above the computer, you have to unbolt it unless you have really small hands, Follow the wiring back about 6"-8" from the computer and it will branch off the harness. Another place to check is the starter realy on the drivers fender. Probe both sides of the fuse links there. I've seen the same issue when they go bad or get corroded.
