Possibly spend a couple of hours farming for the conference call (I much prefer shotties like the non-legendary Ravager) and IF you get one, by that time you are at level 35 or 36 and that gun is now underpowered.

Always thought practicable is by far the best. Others are still nice but if you can fix accuracy, reload speed, dmg, and such on your own then the additional pellets end up being best.
