Once there, they must... WebI don't believe there is a difficulty spike. Any new weapon exclusive to arms race can't be equipped immediately. Everything else is a go. I've found a jackhammer that did pretty decent damage and got me through the whole round. I guess i've only gotten new legendaries then.

WebAs long as you don't save/quit or travel to another map, any items you sell at the vendor will be in the "Buy Back" section when you drop back in to Arms Race. Typically you'll have enough money from selling the items from the initial white chest to buy back 2-3 items, regardless of rarity. Snipers/RPGs get pricey however, so I tend to avoid those.
